Morning All,
It looks a bit India Pale Ale out this morning.
Hope it doesn't overflow, today is my annual bus ride day when the car goes in for a service. It used to be one bus almost door to door now it has to be two and a long wait.

Seeing as I will want to just jump on and off any buses that come along I will probably get the One Day Pass.
It goes through the books anyway, my car is used almost exclusively for business so it's a working expense.
I could chicken out and get a taxi but I don't like calling strangers.

I forgot, it's my annual Birmingham bus day. I catch buses everywhere in Dubai. Cheap, very clean, strict rules and always on time.

Soon enough and not before time,
I'm starting to become unravelled, I need a break.

Morning Signman,
I have no idea what the current rate is, Last year I think it was £1.30 flat rate after 9am.
SB and Astoness are sure to know.

Hello SB, This isn't my first time don't you know.

i can answer that one john...£3.60 for a day saver...gives you unlimited travel on all west midlands buses up up to i think 9 at night..£1.60 to travel 2 stops..£1.80 to travel unlimited stops on one bus...unlike the day savers you cant just hop on and off any bus.....

I have just checked my accounts for last year and find I paid £1.70 for each of four rides, so £6.80 total. I went back the next day to collect my car so It was about the same as a daysaver.
This year it will be Daysavers regardless.

volty if you intend using more than one bus in one day then a daysaver is the answer...

I think SB gets a pass alright. He would know the fares though as they are on the notices.
