Morning Lyn, sunny, but very, very windy, the trees are horizontal.
I'll not be around much in the coming weeks I had a phone call last night from a guy who wants about a mile of coach lining done on 2 steam engines and a vintage brewery delivery truck.

Good to see you John. That lining sounds like a nice job, it should look good.

Just a mind blowing repeticious job, but can command a very good price, due to the fact there's no-one doing it now.it's all tape.
Should pay for another trip on route 66.

Morning all,lovely summer morning here.

Hope that you don't work too hard John.

I have a few painting projects to start today,a Lloyd Loom bedside cabinet and a wooden container for plants.

Did you hear that the council are stopping the Gardener's weekend at Kings Heath Park ?

They reckon that it costs too much money and they only had twelve thousand attend last year.

Another Brummie tradition ending......so sad.

Morning Den, yes we were looking forward to Kings Heath Park. They'll be stopping Gay Pride next, I don't think so.

Don't worry Denise, the council seem to feel some obligation to blow a fortune on minorities, so their argument may work against them on that basis.

Just got in from the pub, having a last fling before the onslaught, won't have a minute to myself next couple of weeks, going to bed now.
