No , not particularly Lyn, I just woke up early and , unlike usually, felt like getting up!!. Mind you, I have been thinking how much more i could do if I did get up early - so maybe there is a bit of that as well
mike once i am awake i find it difficult to drop back off again so i usulally just stay up...mind you my sleep pattern is a tad better than it used to be..its getting darker here sure there is rain on the way and i have to go out ....

I have used one, not quite the same design, but if that is one of the self cleaning ones. They are very good, clean & hygienic. More to the point has anybody ever used one of these, I believe they were trialled on Broad St. Are they still there?

I haven't . but a line of them were shown in TV news in Manchester either last night or night before. Manchester has closed all its toilets except one next to the civic centre and , to quote the commentary "these appear in the evenings" In Reading they have/had metal ones a bit like that that rise out of the ground in the evening, and then descend before daybreak. Haven't used those either

I suppose those that rise up out of the ground at night are not a bad idea and if they are only for night time use then I suppose they are better than shop doorways. Though I can't see them being much use to the ladies as from what I can see these days just as many of them drink pints as the lads these days.
