The roads seem very busy today, I've been over to Wythall with the dog and one of the cats to the vets. They have both got to go in next Monday for little ops. The dog has got a little growth on his paw (nothing nasty) that has got to be removed and the cat has got to be spayed. Another couple of hundred quid I suppose, still I should be able to recoup some of what the dog costs back from the insurers.

These insurance companies are crafty and the excess gets higher each year. Its £85 at the moment and I'm expecting the op no matter how small to be more than that. So I will have to pay the excess anyway, the cat neutering cant be claimed for anyway. I should make the granddaughter pay for that anyway as its one of hers.

Why is that, I know where I can get a nice meaty rabbit that would keep my dog fed for a week or two.
