Quote: Voltman wrote in post #20839 From the House of Fraser website....... "You can buy online and collect from any House of Fraser store. This service is available 7 days a week and is FREE of charge." Wow, I wonder if that sort of shopping will ever catch on. Next thing you know people will go to a high street store, see something, pay for it and take it away with them. This could revolutionise shopping as we know it.This made me giggle.

Denise I agree. M & S offer a similar "marvellous" service supposedly, but , if you try and use it (in my case to get a waist /leg length that is not available at my local store) they tell you that this item is only available online. So , in essence you can order things that are available at a store online and collect them at the store at no charge (!!), but items not sold at the store can only be obtained by paying a delivery charge . Ain't progress wonderful ?

Good morning all, another fine day. Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
