When its cold you can wrap up and insulate yourself, when its raining short of wearing an oilskin sou'wester and coat you get wet. I'll have cold anyday thankyou

thanks den i have spoken to her this morning and no flooding by her...this time....really is quite nice out now....thinking of writing my christmas cards out later instead of leaving it to the last min like i usually do...

Good evening everyone, first chance of getting on here for a while. I am extremely busy up to Christmas so I am making the most of a spare hour.
i'm glad your sister is ok Lyn and hope she stayes that way. Phil I hope your wife is ok and you don't have to do the shopping, the shops have enough problems.

To be quite honest Pauline is not very well, she thought she was getting better today and was out in the back garden for a while and she blacked out fell and and banged her face on a plant pot. So she is back in bed with a bruised face looking like she has gone a couple of rounds with Mohammad Ali.
