morning all...the dreaded lergy has well kicked in now....feel like a bag of wet washing this morning...all suggestions to get rid of it most welcome....

We have an old Mangle if its any help.
Seriously all you can do is keep warm, take one or two things to ease the symptoms and it will go when it's ready.

morning SB..taking paracetomol..warm ribena drinks for the vit C..bedroom window slightly open and no central heating on...oh and karvol steam inhalations...cant do more than that in my experience....oh and eat of course....i go by the old saying...feed a cold starve a fever although i think its a bit more than a basic cold....

morning phil..im just glad ive come down with this now rather than next month as i have things to do...would you believe the sun is out now...early this morning it was gale force winds and downpours over this way.

thanks den ive got some vit c tabs in..not the high dose but they will do for now till i get out to get some...
