aisan grill side of sutton park..i used to go there when i was 18 and still the same family run it...the car windows are freezing up..next door has got a windscreen cover on his so the forecast must be bad..

That's better, I've jut battered my way through a monster plate of beens on toast. Very good for the Cholesterol I understand, and it's warmed me up.

morning all

looks and feels very cold. when i had my dog we used to love to go rambling in this weather, now without him i just stay in. i am sure it was much healthier to wrap up and go for a walk.

Morning All

Talking of walking the dog, I'm just about to wrap up and do just that. I must admit since we have had a dog of the size that needs to be walked I feel fitter and I have lost a little weight. Our dogs over the last few years have been that small that they made our garden look the size of a field and therefore didn't need to be walked, after an hour running around the garden with the kids they were done in.
