Hello Lynne, yes I can understand it must have been awfully hard work watching your Grandson Painting. It was probably just as hard watching the paint dry. It may have been a good idea to have had a lie down to relieve the stress. Paracetamol is good to bring your temperature down or Aspirin to ease your Heart . Failing that a case of Mackeson a Chicken Jalfreizi followed by a Fresh cream Apple Doughnut would be just as good.
