Yes we did wander in to the chippy, when we found it. They have moved it since we was there last time.

there are two chippys there now phil..the original little one that couldnt cope with demand which is over the bridge on the right not far from the bottle and glass and the bigger shop is before you walk over the bridge..think they only open both when very busy..

I have just spent ten mins in the cafe trying to explain to Tony my Albanian mate what frozen jubbly's. And vimto's were. It was quite difficult. Remember them.

Pay day tomorrow.........looking forward to paying bills LOl We have had a week off but apart from lunching in pubs have not done much.Just can't tolerate this cold.

Morning all, Yes it is cold today, so I think I will stop in, oddly enough my great grandson had a Vimto yesterday in the Bottle & Glass, he wasn't keen. Myself I always thought it was little more than coloured scented water.

SB I think the attached photo is the nearest you will get to a frozen vimto today, but I understand there is a new frozen jubbly on the market now.
