Quote: Voltman wrote in post #25060 I am well thank you. How can anyone be ready for Christmas? Weeks of planning and buying, then one little drinkie on xmas morning...the next thing you know it's New Years day. I like to see people buying six months worth of rations for just one day. Just how hungry do they expect to be.i bet your wardrobe is well stocked volty

We did'nt have to do the asda trip thank goodness, my wife ordered on line, it's a lot easier than getting in to that mad crowd, women can be dangerous when in shops ,so gentlemen be warned.

A few years back we thought wer were being clever by going to Tesco at 3 am just before Christmas to avoid the crowds. It was packed with people doing the same thing!
