Just got back, my doctor the lazy so & so was on holiday again so I had to see a locum. A very nice young Muslim girl who told me that I had the BP of a young athlete. I asked her if that meant I was to look forward to my body becoming that of a young Adonis. Her reply was don't expect miracles

evening all - phil the BP ?? be possative you will last a bit longer?? - so which day did summer fall on this year?? LOL, I love reading the weather forcast in this forum, sadly its almost winter here, 20C today and up to 25c till the weekend so i guess winters on my doorstep

I'll have you know my pension was cut off in it's prime when I had to start taking it when I was 58, it's amazing the difference 7 years can make. There again I had always planned to retire at 55 so it wasn't so bad.

first day in this week for me SB..our kid is going to make a start on painting the hall stairs and landing and living room soon...a job long overdue....i shall just sit there advising and keeping the cuppas going..
