Good morning all,

what a beautiful one it is as well. Just the sort of day for sitting outside a riverside pub sipping at a pint of cider. Alas such pleasures are only memories now.

morning all...glorious day again..well after ive done some housework..slammed the meat in the oven and prepared the veggies im going to make a start on the dam weeds in the front garden..

phil theres nowt stopping you from sitting outside a pub on the river bank..just replace the cider with a soft drink or maybe a shandy...thats what i did yesterday in stratford...

Yes I could do that, but it wouldn't be the same. The excitement of having too much and possibly falling in the river just wouldn't be there.

afternoon all....another lovely day...done all i wanted in the front and back garden so just a case now of keeping the grass down and keep the plants and flowers watered.... [Big Smile]

Such a lovely day.The park has opened a cafe by the gate so we sat and watched the world go by.Only a stones throw from home.
We did a car boot yesterday.Got rid of a lot of junk very cheap.Getting up really early though is not my style lol.

My daughter and her family have just got back from Whipsnade Zoo. As they got there they were just closing the overspill car park. The Zoo was packed and all the food outlets had run out of food. If I were in charge I would be looking for a new catering manager, I know today must have been their busiest day so far this year, but anticipation is the name of the game.
