I gather from the news that in the West Midlands landlords will/can now be fined if they rent to illegal immigrants. I just wondered who is checking that the landlords are legal?

Good point Mike. The report also doesn't say if existing illegal immigrants can be evicted on the strength of the new law.

Hi lyn could be one disaster looming,saw doctor this morning ,put me on blood pressure tablets ,a friend told me you must not drink alcohol with them ,and I am on them for 6 weeks it could be a dry christmas, still looking for information.
