Good evening everyone. Am in a bit of pain today, I twisted my knee last night. I went to work today but I only lasted until 12.00.
I hope it's better tomorrow I have to go to the Jewellery Quarter ( my wifes birthday is coming up).

Evening all ,sorry to hear about your knee S B ,try an elastic bandage ,might give it a bit of support,if not a few strong drinks ,you'll forget all about it.

Hello Jo too much drink is not allowed, but my knee is strapped up but its not taking my weight very easy.

Hi S B I get arthritis in my hips especially in the wet cold weather ,I find when it's bad a walking stick helps a lot ,in your case it's just for a short time,try one.

Just returned after a little break . sorry to hear about your knee SB. Went to the N.M. Arboretum on Wednesday for the first time. Very impressed by the place and the people there, who were all very helpful.
