Some sort of local councillor I think. SB probably knows him.
We always called him useless Eustace. Not for any particular reason though, you understand.

Good evening everyone, I have only just been able to get on here, I've been trying for a while. There has obviously been a problem not your computer Joe. I couldn't get on with my phone either.
