Astoness, if you can take Paracetamol then perhaps you should. Don't exceed the recommended dosage but keep up the recommended frequency. You can expect pain relief. The injury will still exist but the pain should subside and you will find you can move freely. After few days stop taking the tablets, if the pain is still severe you will need to see a quack.
evening all...jo ive spent most of the day watching tv...couple of films on...my back is no better but no worse than yesterday so i am just taking it easy...hope you had a good day at least the sun was out today..
