Evening lyn ,sorry to hear about your back,probably all that gardening,not use to it after none in the winter,tried a hot bath,if that don't work, try large amount of alcohol,that can work wonders.

thanks for the advise jo..already done the hot bath...volterol rub and painkillers...will say no to the alchohol as it will still be there in the morning...thing is i dont even know how its happened..it just did..

My wife has back trouble,she gets volterol from local chemist,she says it helps a lot,might be worth a try.

jo im using volerol at the min but its not doing much so far...hi astwood ive never heard of sloanes ...maybe i should just get a new back

What you need is a strong corset,sorry ,support garment.

Sorry lyn couldnt resist it ,tried this deep heat,suppose to be good,is it just back ache or cold in the kidneys,thats can be very painfull.
