Evening lyn ,allow me to explain ,we have a coal effect electric fire, last night the bulbs blew ,you have to remove the front to replace them ,so this I did my wife said the front was dusty could I clean it ,it's real coal for the effect,that was also dusty ,so of course it needed cleaning so I chucked it in the sink and turned the tap on it ,you cant put that back wet say's my wife ,so not only did I wash it I dried it as well.

ahh now i understand jo...funnily enough i did the same thing a few weeks back with my coal effect..cant beat the real coal fires though in my opinion..

will be quiet on here tonight...SB has gone awal again..
