Good evening Lyn and everyone. Yes Christmas eve is also a favourite of mine and Jo's. Our Church holds a candlelit carol service which is well attended and most enjoyable and moving ending in Holy Communion this reminds us what Christmas is really about, gets rid of the memory of the endless shopping trips, with an hour spent with some really nice people.

hi SB is that a midnight service or evening one..had to go to john lewis today....town was quite busy but not as busy on the streets as it used to be but i think a lot of shoppers were in the bull ring shopping centre and the new grand central shopping area..i was amazed at how quick i got there and got back home..no hold ups at all and this was this afternoon
