Blimey Joe my wife had that on Sunday. We went to"The Crane" It's a pub in Sheldon. It used to be called the Sheldon, it's a Hungry Horse now. Strange for a Prawn Cocktail it was more like Scampi.

It was on the menu as prawn cocktail,to add insult to it all we were given a table near a irish wake ,the bad language was awfull,jan had for dessert eaton mess, forget the eaton it was just a mess ,squirty cream on top of cherry pie filling 2 minute pieces of meringue ,and we had to pay for that.

Will be a long time before I set foot in that place again ,it was the church wicket's malinslee telford ,quite a big impressive looking place from the outside.

It's bang out of order, most people look forward to going to a place like that for the occasion. We had a similar experience a week or two ago. The Hare And Hounds at Minworth . Awful Food Awful service Awful place. It spoiled my Sisters 8th Birthday.
