evening lynne and astwood my feelings exactly...dont overdo things..i no longer believe in the saying...never put off till tomorrow what you can do today... pace is the word now...lovely sunny day today..had a wonderful ring arrive off my daughter in usa...a late mothers day pressie but the hold up was it had to be specially made..i love it and its inscribed...i will always be with you...

Our Great Tit chicks are almost ready to fly the nest. Mum and Dad are backwards and forwards every couple of minutes all day long.

my sister was on statins and she had trouble walking and lifting, the doctor took her off them and shes OK now.
