Exactly what I have been asking for months, all I can say is they must have very guilty consciences.

Until I got ill I was up at 7am every morning, even while on holiday, now I'm lucky to even come round until gone 8.
What the purpose of getting up at 4am is escapes me. there is only one 4 o'clock per day and it has just gone.

Some of us keep different hours, what's the problem

I know, but some of you go to bed 2 hours before I do then get up 4 hours before I do.
I have a very nice bed and getting out of it seems silly, it just sits there empty, where's the sense in that?

I agree with you, where is the sense in paying all that money for a bed if you don't get the full use out of it?
