Hi Lynn,yes love my house but it reminds me of growing up and the lack of all round heat.

Would not change it though LOL

Yes the layers go on everyday for the dog walks and shopping...you keep warm too .

Can you not fit central heating radiators? The pipework is very discreet these days and they even have it in some of the Stately Homes these days. I don't think the Queen sits in a cold and draughty Buck house.

Afraid some bright spark put in electric heaters all over,so expensive to run...it will all get sorted eventually.

yes i know phil..i feel so sorry for them up north..thats just bought to mind of the 2 years i spent in the very very north of scotland..i didnt see any snow which i found quite amazing...

The same here, I can't remember any snow during the time I spent in Dundee, all I can remember is very frequent trips to the beach at Broughty Ferry and glorious sunshine.

very strange isnt it phil..i think a lot of us associate scotland and snow..maybe it just a myth...seems to freezing over here..there will be chaos on the roads in the morning... [Crying]

I think we were probably just lucky because the heavy snowfalls in Scotland are no myth.

yes i thought so phil....lovely scenery where i was in a little fishing village.... and the fishing was good too...and free for the first 2 miles on account of being a resident... [Skipping Happy]

not nosey at all phil..moved there to try a little business that didnt work out...wonderful 2 years though and not a regret.you will see why if you get a google street view....shore street..helmsdale..sutherland...my house was overlooking the harbour and the sea....

ahh just typical phil...the powers that be get everywhere... glad you like the place though..its does not seemed to have changed much since i lived there....as to who was i hiding from...why SB of course but i came back to haunt him... [Laugh Out Loud]
