Courts Can Impose Whole-Life Prison Sentences

Life should mean life. Murders are too frequent. If I have to pay extra tax to keep killers in jail so be it. I would rather see them inhumanely dispatched but I doubt if that will ever happen.

If any goverment had a vote on hanging it would have a resounding yes.,but no one will do it.
