I have been keeping an eye on this one for about 4 years now. It has been boarded up longer that that, so sad, here are a couple of pics taken recently. Managed to get a few shots of the inside of the bar, as you can see the board has been pulled off, managed to get round the back to find the door was also off so took a couple of the inside. Didn't hang around too long, ceilings falling down, rain coming in and you can see the sky. Also had a fire at some time, can't see this one opening up again.

Now that's an excellent pic Volty. I have this similar one but yours shows both of the houses to the right, they are still there but in a bad state and boards around them so you can't see the garden now. The factory you see to the left of the pub is still there and used to be the well known Dennisons watch and watch strap co. To be honest I've been an urbanist for a few years now, been in many old factories and buildings, something I enjoy greatly, will post the others for you.
