As I understand it, you don't need a PSV licence for fewer than nine passengers.
This clearly means that any Charabanc trip will have to include all of us to make Tom's licence operative.

I'm available throughout December, seaside destinations are preferred.

If lyn was in charge of this trip, I would have to reconsider my position ,on the passenger list ,right up the back out of harm's way.
