Yes, there was one on Smallbrook Queensway near the chinese roundabout and I used to love going there as the burgers were lovely.

I also remember MacDonalds opening on the ramp at new street, and we went to try ... Ive never been back again in the UK!

I enjoy an odd Big Mac but very rarely these days. Who remembers the Hot Dog wagons around the town. Well a visit to the Odeon New Street or The ABC New Street wasn't complete without at least one Hot Dog from a Vincents wagon. the one we used most was the one at the junction of Union Street an High Street. A great big Sausage loaded with mustard or Tomato sauce, or both. If she was lucky your girl got one too. I'll tell you what we knew how to spoil our women. then of course a snog on the back seat of the bus. If she was lucky.

There was one on Colemore Row that we used to go to on a Saturday night after the Clubs ..... We used to call it the Rat Wagon
Other than that it was a curry, more often than not at the Shagh Bagh on the Bristol Road, which had an unfortunate name

(In Spain there was a Chinese not too far from us called the Wan Kee Long but I could never manage to explain to the waiters there what was so wrong about it ... almost as bad really as the Ex Pats that drove around in Mitsubishi 4 x 4's with Pajero badged on the back of them, not knowing what Pajero meant in Spanish)

Sunday mornings in telford town centre there is a car boot sale,a burger van is always there,the locals call him septic sid turned me off right away. remember baked potatoe barrows out side the regal cinema sunday afternoons.

Didn't know that one.
I did know the Dortmunder Beer Keller in Needles Alley as mentioned recently an a few years ago there used to be a really good eat in Fish and Chip house.
