This is just another attempt to dilute our laws so as to produce fewer offenders to put through the courts and prisons.
I agree with the statute of Limitations enforcement though.

Yes of course SB. Its just with her being that exact age mentioned brings it home all the more as to how unbelievable a suggestion it is! It also seems to be the stepping stone from young child to teenager, not because of the number, I have seen it in so many of her school friends. It can be a fragile age with so much change and influences to deal with.
