Murder Charge troops

This a great Idea. I am of course not in favour of murder but if our solidiers are going to trial they must have the best defence there is. I think we have all seen too much scapegoatism in the past.

I honestly haven't read too much about this case, so I may be wrong when I say I thought it was a soldiers duty to seek out and destroy the enemy.

It was only yesterday that papers from the national archives showed that at the end of WW2 Churchill was all in favour of executing nazi leaders at the end of the war and the only reason it did not happen was political pressure by the US and Russia , the latter obly because they thought a trial would make good propoganda. Don't know the full story of this, but is it so different.

I'm sure if Churchill had have gotten things his way there would have been no Nazi hierarchy to put on trial at the end of the war. I'm also quite confident that a lot of the guards of some of the camps never made it to trial.
