Out last night

#1 by Sheldonboy , Sun Oct 14, 2018 8:20 pm

Good Evening folks
We were out again last night, to a Barn Dance, it wasn't in a Barn and I didn't dance, but what the hell, go with the flow!

Not I, they should be banned. They are dangerous explosives that disturb the peace.
Now they are available, and let off, all year round the novelty has worn off.

Some brainless halfwit was letting fireworks off at 2pm here today. Lobotomy candidate.

we have also had fireworks going off at 11am today while it was hammering down with bloody rain we have loads of them going off tonight, it's a Duvali apparently, I was thinking of ordering an Indian takeaway to join in.

What a lovely poem. It made me cry.

Often we forget how afraid our horses and dogs who were involved in these battles must have been! Never more evident than when our pets are frightened by the inane letting off fireworks at any time of night or day. I know it is dictatorial but I believe that fireworks should only be made available for licensed public events.
