The electoral roll only includes people eligable to vote (at that time). The house must have been no 49. This lists :
1910 No Baron at no 49
1918, 1919, & 1920 there is a Charles Baron, P11987 , lance corporal in the foot military police on the absent voting register.
1922 Edward Charles Baron is listed on the absent voting register as a private in the RAF
1923-1925 Charles Edward Baron is listed as 346619 AC 1 in the RAF.
1926 Charles Edward Baron is listed as 346619 AC 1 No 6 (AC) Sqd, in RAF
I assume all these are the same person , but he has given variations of his name. He is also listed at the home address in 1920, 1922 & 1925
1920 Thomas , Emily & Charles Baron .
1922 Thomas , Emily & Edward Charles Baron
1925-27 Thomas, Emily, Edward Silas & Charles Edward Baron
1930 Thomas, Emily, Edward Silas , Charles Edward & Winifred Baron
1935 Thomas, Emily, Edward Silas , John & Winifred Baron
1939 Thomas, Emily, Edward Silas , John & Stephen Baron
1945 Thomas & Emily Baron & Jessie Benham
1947-50 Emily Baron & Jessie Benham
1955 Jessie Benham

The 1911 census gives Thomas & Emily (both 39 years) living at 8 Poplar Grove, Catharine St , Aston. He is a tinsmith in a tinplate works, they have been married 16 years , and she has had 8 children, of whom 6 are still living. He was born in rugby, she in Birmingham
Living with them are :
Rose May (15), warehouse assistant in a glassworks, born Birmingham
Edward (14) errand boy at printers, born Aston Manor
Freaderick (8) born London
Kate (6) born London
Winifred (4) born Aston manor
Jessie (2) born Aston manor

I hope that is of some use
mike

I think No 49 would be the second from the right on this photo.
