One thing I wonder. When these companies keep taking Billions of barrels of oil and Billions of cubic feet of gas, apart from Shale drilling (which seems to have gone very quiet). Not to mention umpteen billions of train loads of coal all extracted from under our feet. When is this wonderful planet of ours due to implode.
we have a bit of that in Yardley, I think it is due to some underground cavern. A small crack in the back lawn opened up in dry weather a few years ago, I shoved the hosepipe down it and left it running. My estimate was over ten thousand gallons went in, there was no sign of it on the surface.
