What got me though were the two dogs that had been left in cars on the roof and were rescued. Why take the dogs into town if you were not to take them with you.

Now the news report says four dogs were in one car. No wonder they parked on the woof.

The pictures in this January 4th report show where the concrete has burnt away from the steel reinforcement in the floor.
It also shows one car with no doors, they must have been made from a different material to the rest of the car, Aluminium perhaps?
