Two weeks in to the experiment. Wonder how much the Councils made out of this. There must be queues a mile long at the doc's for something to deal with the stress. Wonder if my local council will take this up. They only need to stand one policeman near the palm trees they've planted on the sea front and the comments would fund the area for year.
