At least 58 dead and hundreds injured in America's worst ever gun atrocity. will this make their Stubborn and murderous Gun Lobby give up their insatiable right to bear arms. This Killer had with him at least ten Rifles and Assault guns. That would be well over the top if he was after a family of Bears. Give it up America and put you population before your outdated Gun Rights. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-41466116
The figure is now "59 people killed and 527 injured".
The police have found even more guns at his home. Obama couldn't shift the gun nuts so it certainly won't happen under pro gun Trump.
One of the few arguments the yanks have for carrying arms is that if they don't they will be shot at by those who do. The fear that gives rise to this "Arm everyone" policy comes from the gun toting days of the wild west. I have at least two counter arguments.... 1. Shoot outs were rare in those days, people were mostly shot in the back when they weren't expecting it, armed or not. 2. Even if everyone in Las Vegas had been armed the gunman would still have produced the same result. Nobody knew where he was firing from until well into the massacre. Even if thousands of the concert goers had guns and they fired back at the hotel there would be just as many innocent dead in the hotel. It's also highly unlikely they could actually fire a small arm accurately enough to hit someone on the 32nd floor of the hotel.
