That's chilling and almost unbelievable.
What is far more unbelievable is the speed of the bus, it makes everything else appear to be in slow motion.
I notice rather a lot of wood in the debris, it came from a shop front.

One lesson to be learnt from this is that you should always cross the road at right angles to the pavement and take the shortest route to the other side, the bloke that got hit was in the road for ages. Although if the bus is going to drive down the pavement to get you it may not help,

Apparently, the police and ambulance men did not believe the man had really been hit by the bus (thought he had only been hit by debris) until they saw the video

I can't imagine that bashing a bus windscreen in with the back of your head is good for anyone.
As usual there won't be any follow up news about this so we'll never know.

As long as the bus company don't think of charging him for damage to the bus.
