Evening all started not to bad here this morning ,but turned to rain this afternoon, hope you all had a good day. I was not to good this morning ,had some sort of a funny turn ,but feeling better now.

Hello mate, a bit much but one night out eating one night last night at the Pantomime and four lunchtimes out eating. Plus tomorrow 34 of us are out at out Church Christmas lunch. I am on a calorie Bonanza.

Mind you soon after we are off to West Brom, some friends we met on holiday have asked us over.

I think we will be eating out but knowing them it will be somewhere good.

We spent this afternoon with some of our church friends Carol singing at an old peoples home, really nice.
