With colds and anything like that I like to wrap up warm in bed and sleep for as long as I can. A good sleep ca sort all sorts of wrongs.

Hi S B the whiskey and hot milk helps sleep ,or its suppose to ,and helps sweat it out of you ,that's my excuse if I get a bad cold,and i'm sticking to it.

CRAP The only thing the Queen will Abdicate is her Facebook page if she had one. Queen Elizabeth the second couldn't Abicate the throne it's not in her vocabulary.
