Good evening Jo and everyone. Yes nice day today, I popped into Brum first thing then I jumped on the bus to Shirley to buy a nice new hose pipe from Homebase. Then back on the bus got home and changed my suit. {well jeans and polo shirt}. put my feet up for an hour then got on with a couple of jobs in the garden.

Jo I don't know if you have been watching the Olympic Cycling. I never had any interest in it before but my god it's exiting. To see a great race, at 9.15-20 tonight Mark Cavendish will be in The Omnium I really reccomend it.

Yea I saw bradley wiggins lead the british sprint team to gold they were really going for it ,against australia ,they go at a terrific speed for pedal bikes.
