evening astwood..i suffer from hay fever but not as bad as some folk do my brother gets it quite bad at times...never mind..soon be the footie season

Its the first time ive had it in 70 years i think and as for the football villa lost 1-3 to middlesborough today no changes

thanks sb will tell john...and yes his rear end suffered at certain times..hes going to get a different bike for next years long tours...it will have a tad more comfort for those little areas never mind astwood...i didnt get hay fever until i moved here..far more greenery around than what i was used to..i just take 1 tab a day

Well done to your son lyn that sort of cycling requires a lot of stamina We have trees and fields all round us here i will just have to keep sneezing

he was on his motorbike sb..still takes a lot of concentration to do it though...especially as he avoids motorways so the journey takes a bit longer..he was very impressed with the glencoe mountains
