evening astwood..i suffer from hay fever but not as bad as some folk do my brother gets it quite bad at times...never mind..soon be the footie season

Lyn, Tell John well done for his epic bike ride. I bet he's walking a bit like John Wayne at the moment.

thanks sb will tell john...and yes his rear end suffered at certain times..hes going to get a different bike for next years long tours...it will have a tad more comfort for those little areas

never mind astwood...i didnt get hay fever until i moved here..far more greenery around than what i was used to..i just take 1 tab a day

he was on his motorbike sb..still takes a lot of concentration to do it though...especially as he avoids motorways so the journey takes a bit longer..he was very impressed with the glencoe mountains

Well dome on his motor bike ride as I thought , if he had gone on a pushbike I would have thought he wanted his head read. i know people do that but I wouldn't do it starting in. Mind you it would be hard work these days if I did it in a coach.
