Our contract runs out in a few month's ,jan's looking around for a better deal ,she understand's it far more than me.

If you're street is cabled by virgin then I would definitely recommend them. If not then any service they provide will be courtesy of Bt , so probably no difference

Thanks mike we will look in future but we are not long into a new contract.
