Why would anyone smoke anywhere? Perhaps it's because the governments who enjoy the tax income from tobacco don't want to rock the boat too much, and the countries where these foul products are still being produced are scared of upsetting the tobacco firms.

I can totally understand how hard it is to give up, but with all the bad publicity and especially the price of them I can't understand why so many still start. My wife's dad didn't start smoking until he was well into his Forties for some reason. A few years later he got a circulation problem and lost his leg.
