Today's temperature in my street was 10c in the shade.
That's somewhat higher than last week when there was no mention of snow.

Snow usually occurs at 3c or less and doesn't stick unless it gets colder than that.

Would you believe it?

It snowed here shortly after midnight for a couple of hours, then after a partial thaw it started to snow again at about 7am.
After snowing sideways in a strong wind it has now stopped 9:30am and the sky is almost clear.
Current temperature is the same as last night, 1c.
