Around 80 inmates have taken over another jail, this time in Kent. Fires lit etc

Sound's like the prison warders have lost control of the prisons ,that,s what happens when tory's cut back on essential services.

Some Wag in the Government wants around half of the prison population freed. What a great way to keep crime down. It wouldn't bother me if they build double the amount of prisons and locked another couple of thousand up.
