How will they get her on the operating table ,and let's hope she don't fall of during the operation

I have said several times before. I have been up to 15 stones in weight and it's bloody uncomfortable. I can't understand why when she got to
15/20/25 stones why nobody intervened. Absolutely insane.

She must have her own personal crane
