Catching Tax avoiders

#1 by Sheldonboy , Sun Nov 20, 2016 8:09 pm

This has been a long time coming. I worked for 50 years on PAYE I paid tax on every penny I earned that was due. It makes my blood boil when I hear people making millions and pay Bugger All.

The ones they are after at the moment I understand are people who have purposefully gone after big bucks intendind to avoid tax. They will have been advised to do it and are in for a surprise. Lets hope they hit the advisors too.

It is greed gone mad.
No one likes to pay tax, although it isn't nice when you have such a bad year that you don't have to, but paying good money to con men in order to get out of paying even more is just stupid and greedy.
Most of the people involved in this scheme are not hard workers, not in the normal sense anyway, they don't get dirty or cold everyday, they are their own bosses and live the high lfe on earnings way above their worth.

Show no leniency, break them without regard to their circumstance or feelings, they clearly have no regard for those of us who are, or have been, working tax payers.
