Saw that on central new's,there was no mention of suicide,but what else could it have been.?

my neighbour thought she had jumped but other reports are saying she fell from a balcony...this is the second time since the library opened that this has happened...

As far as I can remember It would be impossible to accidentally fall, except of course if someone was trying these ridiculous extreme sports.

cant see any updates on this but as i said my neighbour and his workmate were first on the scene and called the services...a most traumatic thing to witness...
