Emirates Plane Crash-Lands At Dubai

There are claims they were told to go around but Flight EK521 from India landed without the benefit of full landing gear. It landed intact but burst into flame shortly after.

Probably, rather syupidly, because they know the airline will use any small print in the ticket so as not to give compensation for the luggage, even if the director of British Airways, or whoever started the fire himself

There is a so called Convention that covers luggage liability and claims for loss. The compensation figures are pathetically low, and I believe they are calculated solely on weight. Even clothes are worth more by weight than the compensation.
