If the zoo keepers they know this sort of thing is possible you would think they would keep the area free of stones.
"A seven-year-old girl has died after being hit by a stone thrown by an elephant from its enclosure at Rabat Zoo in Morocco."

From what i've red and heard ,elephants are very intelligent animals ,so he was probably bored out of his mind, and done it for something to do.

He has probably only thrown stones at other elephants before, he wouldn't expect it to kill anyone.
